I was born and raised in California and still feel like I carry a bit of sunshine with me wherever I go.
I moved to New York in 2013 to pursue my Masters in Social Work and shortly after met my husband Joseph. Around that same time, fitness began to shift from something casual into something meaningful in my life.
Before becoming a trainer, I spent years working in the nonprofit space helping young adults access career opportunities. That work taught me something important. People need support systems to become who they are capable of becoming.
Fitness works the same way.
In 2015, I began taking my own training seriously. What started with running and endurance events eventually evolved into strength training, Spin and Lagree.
Today, I teach Lagree and work with athletes and everyday women who want to feel strong, capable, and confident in their bodies.
My faith has always been a core part of my life. I grew up in the Nondenominational Christian Church and have served in amny ways over the years from youth ministry to worship to leading women’s groups.
Since 2017, I have led a Bible study for wives that has grown into a meaninful community and 501(c)3 Nonprofit Organzation where we support one another through marriage, motherhood, and life transitions.
Esther’s Daughters reminds me constantly that strength is not just physical. It is spiritual, relational, and emotional too.

I live in Montclair, New Jersey, with my husband Joseph, and our three children, Charlie, Greyson, and Andie.
Joseph transitioned from corporate law into investment banking, and together we are raising our family in a home that values faith, honesty, laughter, and adventure.
Our kids keep us moving and grounded at the same time. Between school activities, sports, travel, and everyday life, there is never a dull moment in our house.
As a family, we often talk about the values that shape the way we live, also known as the Tillman Brand.
Jesus: We strive to be more like Jesus, and we believe what he has said about us. We live it out in confidence.
Generosity: We give our time and resources freely without expectation of return.
Transparency: We are uncomfortably honest with one another. We create safe spaces to give and receive feedback.
Team: We are one team. We rise and fall together, and each has a role to play.
Fun: We embrace joy and adventure, and we love to laugh. At each other. Often.
Fun Fact: Our marriage was featured in a 2016 Valentine’s Day New York Times article in the Vow Section.
